Lovely, wonderful, thank you for sharing and just know you are not crazy, not making this up, not exaggerating, etc. — if you don’t mind, here’s my own to join your voice, so you know — this is about me being working class in college, and then, all the way up, to being a working class professor — going up against this assumption that all of your college profs are rich and well off — in America, right now, most of us are part time workers called adjuncts who can barely pay rent, let alone be invited into any “ivory tower” — so, the struggle is real, bigger than we all know, and joining together is good good idea!
