I am sorting so much out, yes and I have all of my healing tools and I go to them, but then things hit me and I am in those pieces again - it is so surreal that any of it happened at all! But yes, my whole self - it is time for her. I did not realize how much of her I had to silence, ignore, stuff down, or hide in this relationship with this man - I did not realize it.
